These terms govern any website design, development, and hosting services provided by ObsidianX ("we," "us," "our") to a client ("you") who engages our services through this site or by other agreement.

1. Services
We offer custom website design and development, AWS hosting setup, and optional ongoing maintenance, as described in our current pricing packages.
2. Engagement Process
After you submit your project details, we provide a quote and project scope. Work begins once both parties agree on scope, price, and timeline, typically with a 50% deposit paid upfront.
3. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds before launch (see current pricing for specifics). Additional revision requests beyond what's included may incur extra charges, agreed in advance.
4. Timelines
Estimated delivery times are provided per package and assume timely client feedback and content delivery. Delays caused by the client (e.g. slow responses, missing content) may extend the agreed timeline accordingly.
5. Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment, you own the website's code and design assets created for your project. Hosting infrastructure remains either on your own AWS account (if selected) or managed by us under an ongoing hosting/maintenance plan, as agreed.
6. Payment and Refunds
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final website launch/delivery.
7. Liability
We are not liable for outages or issues caused by third-party services (AWS, domain registrars, payment gateways), nor for the legality or ownership of content, images, or branding you provide for use on your site.
8. Maintenance Plans
Optional monthly maintenance plans can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day notice.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, with the "last updated" date above reflecting the most recent revision.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
